Fitness Success: Jennell Hughes

Jennell Hughes

Jennell Hughes is part of the Workout America Demo Team. She trains in the Olympic lifts with Bill Hebson and coaches in our athletic workshops and fitness clinics. Jennell is a former competitive gymnast and currently is a spin instructor.  Jennell is a tremendous athlete and participates in a variety of sports.



Below a photo of Jennell performing an Alternating Dumbell Press on a Stability Ball. This exercise is excellent for shoulder stabilization and core integrity.




Below is a photo of Jennell performing a stability ball pike. This exercise is ideal for developing core stability and upper body strength.




Below is a photo of Jennell in a jump rope sequence. This is excellent for building aerobic capacity and is an entry level plyometric exercise.
