We live in a dynamic, unpredictable, three dimensional environment.
Real life and certainly athletics are dynamic, standing, multi-dimensional events. They both require balance, reaction, acceleration, de-acceleration, speed, agility, quickness, strength and explosive power.
Our training therefore is diverse, kinetic, and multi-dimensional.
Our workout routines integrate a variety of mixed modalities in obstacle course, interval style circuits. It is a festival of movement and strength challenges.
